Background
Kevin Herod is from Allentown, Pennsylvania where he played football and basketball at Parkland HighSchool. Kevin Led the Trojans to a berth in the PIAA Class 4A state championship game where the team finished with a 15-1 overall record and went 9-0 in the Lehigh Valley Interscholastic Athletic Conference.
Kevin continued his football career at Shippensburg University, where he served as a Runningback/Fullback for 4 years with the Red Raiders. Herod finished his career with over 2000 total yards and 22 total touchdowns. During his playing career at Shippensburg he has earned several accolades including All-American honors , and All-Region in all 4 years that he played.
Kevin is an Information Technology Teacher in Colonial School District and coaches several sports in the district including, Baseball, Basketball, and Softball. He has also been a football coach at Lower Merion High School for 6 years. Kevin is passionate about working with children and dedicated to helping them grow in the classroom and athletically and socially as young men and women.
His motto is to lead with positivity.
